Living areas
The house benefits from a spacious kitchen with a cold room and a full set of electric appliances. There is a formal dining room sitting 18 and a smaller breakfast area for 6-7 people. Further on, there is a games room with a foosball and a TV room with a fireplace and a seating. The grand living room comes with a big sitting area and a piano. Finally, the house enjoys 2 office areas and a laundry.
The lower floor accessible via lift features a cinema room, a sauna, a pilates area, a shower, a massage table and a gym.
Outdoors
The property benefits from manicured gardens and chill-out areas. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (upon request) with a sunbathing area, an al-fresco dining and a summer kitchenette. There is a BBQ and a pizza oven. Some steps up the garden, there is a smaller pool.
