Luxury Villa San Sebastian : Enjoying fabulous views over the hills, this design house is situated in the area of Loiola of San Sebastian, around 3,5 km from the famous La Concha beach. The villa is three-storey; it s surrounded by beautiful garden with a private pool (12 m). The house boasts a particular 3,5 m-height wooden entrance door and big windows. There are four bedrooms that sleeps up to eight people in total. All of them have direct access to the garden. The ground floor covers 200 q.m and comprises a living-room, overlooking the garden, a dining room with a totally-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area features such entertainment pieces as the radio, a DVD player an audio system and a plasma TV. The house is provided with ADSL, AC and heating systems. Two bedrooms are outfitted with twin beds and big wardrobes; they share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a private bathroom detached from the sleeping area by glass walls. The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes. It accesses the garden through a high French window. The kitchen is perfectly fitted with all the modern facilities one might dream during a stay in another city. There is a fridge and a freezer, a citrus squeezer, an oven, a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a complete set of cutlery, kitchenware and tableware. One the side, a dining area furnished with a great wooden table is located. The further sleeping facilities are located on the first floor. The master bedroom covering 70 sq.m is divided into a sleeping and a working area. It s fitted with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a dressing area. The room enjoys a private furnished terrace. On the -1 floor, one more bathroom, another kitchen and a dining area with several tables, perfect for a small event, and a lounge area are located. There is a garage on the side. The house features laundry facilities with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board in the house.

It is there where the so-called Romantic Area resembling Paris or Venice with its famous street, Calle Reyes Catolicos, and the beautiful Cathedral of Buen Pastor, is located. In this area you will find the best shopping streets of the city. Visit the ancient Miramar Palace that is also set next to the La Concha Beach, go to the City Hall, and cross Maria Cristina Bridge, have a coffee on the Plaza de la Consitución. San Sebastian hosts plenty of interesting events all around the year. It houses the famous International Cinema Festival, Jazz Festival and a Music Festival that gather cinema and music amateurs from all around the world. The property is located in a residential area called Loiola set in the bottom-land of the Urumea river, the main point of which is a triangle formed by the train rails (called Topo).

Check-in between 15:00 and 20:00 following the availability.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
A charge of 50 is applicable to late arrivals after 20:00.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
