This is a unique holiday rental in San Sebastian area dating 1700 that was a mill in its time. Distributed over three floors, the place has a lot of space for those who are seeking a quiet vacation in the green Basque Country. The lower floor houses an entrance hall, a guest bathroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a fire place, an office and a totally equipped kitchen. The first floor enjoys three bedrooms, all come with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds; the bathrooms feature bathtubs with shower faucets. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped both for short and mid-term stays. There is a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a hob and a complete set of kitchenware and tableware. Adjacent, there is a storage room and a laundry with a washer and a dryer. The second floor is an attic that features two single beds and a games area for children. Outside, the house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a river enjoying an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ. Nearby, there is a covered parking space for two vehicles. The Basque-country house has stables, so if you are an amateur or professional and travel with your horse, you can take advantage of them.

Modern architecture stands here next to the Belle Epoque buildings. The glamorous La Concha beach with its promenade is located next to the Old Town with its Cathedral, Basilicia of Santa Maria, San Telmo Museum, Sant Vicente Church and Mitxelena Art Centres, ruins of the Town Walls and plenty of pintxo bars and restaurants. It is there where the so-called Romantic Area resembling Paris or Venice with its famous street, Calle Reyes Catolicos, and the beautiful Cathedral of Buen Pastor, is located. In this area you will find the best shopping streets of the city. Visit the ancient Miramar Palace that is also set next to the La Concha Beach, go to the City Hall, and cross Maria Cristina Bridge, have a coffee on the Plaza de la Consitución. San Sebastian hosts plenty of interesting events all around the year. It houses the famous International Cinema Festival, Jazz Festival and a Music Festival that gather cinema and music amateurs from all around the world.

Limpieza semanal: General cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces with the change of bedlinen and towels from 9:00 till 13:00 or from 10:00 till 14:00 is included.
Limpieza final: Is to be done upon your departure.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 14:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
