Boasting wonderful views over Kastraki coastline and Alyko cedar forest, this luxury vacation rental Naxos is ideal for a small family of four and a baby. The villa is located within a short drive from the village of Kastraki featuring a grocery shop and a couple of tavernas and its sandy beach spanning about 3 km. There are two bedrooms, a living dining room with a kitchen, a WC and a storage room. The master bedroom enjoys a double bed and an en-suite shower. There is a separate WC. The other bedroom comes with a double bed that can be split into twin beds upon request. It enjoys a separate bathroom with a shower and a WC. Both bedroom have private pergola-covered terraces with a tea table and two armchairs, AC, heating, desk area. The living room has a sitting area with a TV and a sound system, a dining table for four and a kitchen. The latter one features a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, microwave, kitchenware and tableware. Laundry facilities include a washing machine with a drying function, an iron and an ironing board. Outdoors, the luxury villa rental Naxos enjoys an calisthenics gym shared with the villa on the side, an outdoor shower, sun beds and private parking area for two cars.

The area where the property is located is called Oskelos - Kastraki. It lies 15 km from the island capital. You will find many charming villages around with Vivlos, Mikri Vigla, Kastraki and Glinado among them. Kastraki and its sandy beach stretching for almost 3 km are located just 5 minutes away. It is beloved by joggers, windsurfers, snorkelers, kite-surfers and swimmers. Going further to the south, there are several more pristine beaches including Hawaii, Pyrgaki and Alyko with its majestic cedar forest. The nearest grocery shop and the nearest restaurant are 1 km away. Naxos airport can be reached in about 20 minutes, Naxos port can be reached in 25 minutes. It connects Naxos with all the other Cyclades islands and the mainland of Greece.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. 45 (forty five) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 45- 30 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days before arrival or less, in case of no-show or an early departure, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
