Part of a two-villa estate finished in 2015, this luxury rental Naxos is located just 6 minutes´ drive away from a small village with a shop, a bakery and a taverna. Beachfront, the house for rent is ideal for a family vacation. The property has three levels and sleeps eight people. There are four en-suite bedrooms and an additional WC. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, two further bedrooms are on the first floor and the fourth one is situated on the lower ground floor. The latter one enjoys a kitchenette and a fitness area. There is a sofa bed. The main kitchen is situated on the ground floor. It features a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, tableware and cooking utensils. The kitchen opens on a pergola-covered terrace and an al-fresco dining area with a table for eight. Another al-fresco dining area is situated by the garden and boasts lovely sea views. Further on, there is an indoor dining area with a table for eight as well. The living room enjoys a TV, a fireplace and a seating area. Naxos Port connecting the island with the other islands of the Cyclades can also be arrived at in 20 minutes by car.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. 45 (forty five) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 60 - 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 45 (forty five) days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
