Comprising of two sister villas with pools situated within a short drive from the island main town with its shops, cafes and restaurants, this vacation villa rental Naxos is perfect for two or three couples. The property consists of two maisonettes and comfortably sleeps four - six adults. Both houses have about 75 m2 of floors and come with one bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda upstairs. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with three sofa beds and a bathroom. One of the sitting rooms can be converted into a bedroom so that a group of six people can be accommodated while the other sitting room would serve as a lounge area for the party. Both kitchens come with a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware and a dining table. Outside, both houses have a private al-fresco dining area and a swimming pool with sun loungers. The luxury villa rental Naxos enjoys a parking space, WIFI, AC and bath amenities. It is situated by the Laguna beach beloved by the wind-surfers. A trip to Naxos town will take you no more than eight minutes while Apollo temple can be reached in about 12 minutes by car.

This luxury villa rental Naxos is located between the island capital and the airport. Naxos town is 8 minutes away and offers all the facilities one might need for a successful vacation in Naxos. There are some shops, a pharmacy, cafes and tavernas. Several beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes and a famous among wind-surfers Laguna beach is located right by. Cultural landmarks such as Apollo Temple and the Temple of Demeter are easily reachable by car. A trip will take you 12 and 20 minutes, respectively. Naxos Airport is less than 5 minutes´ drive away. Naxos Port receiving boats from all over Greece is 10 minutes by car.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. 14 (fourteen) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 30 - 14 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
