The luxury property with floor-to-ceiling windows has a spacious living room, a dining room, a totally-equipped kitchen and a kitchenette, five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, various furnished terraces, a jacuzzi area surrounded by the sands, an infinity pool, a covered parking area for 2 cars and a barbeque area. There is a Master bedroom with an ensuite jacuzzi bathroom, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom furnished with elegant beds and ensuite shower bathrooms. There is also a suite with a kitchennete and a shower bathrooms and independent access from outside. The whole house has air-conditioning.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
