Set a small village of the inimitable Tuscany, in Siena area, this charming historic house for rent sits within an easy access to many other beautiful villages. Built in the middle ages, this place has a lot of stories to tell. With its stunning frescoes, beamed and stucco ceilings, the property enjoys the modern facilities essential for a carefree stay in Tuscany.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The house enjoys 14 bedrooms in total. Five of them come with private sitting areas. One enjoys a king-size bed, 3 more bedrooms come with double beds, while the 5th one enjoys 2 double beds. All the beds, except for one bed of the 5th bedroom, can be split into twins upon request.
Then, there are 4 bedrooms with big single beds, for 1 guest each and 3 further double bedrooms that can also be laid out as twins.
Finally, there are 2 annexes, both com with double bedrooms that can be laid out as twins.

Living areas

First, there is a spacious dining hall of around 70 m2 that can hold up to 86 people. Further on, there is a reading room of about 40 m2 and another multipurpose area with 2 adjacent dining areas. Also, there is an industrial kitchen and 3 breakfast rooms with tables and chairs. One of them boasts an original open-plan fireplace.
Further on, 33 stone steps down, there is wine cellar with a small little water spring.

Outdoors

The house enjoys a lovely garden with several chill-out areas and a typical vaulted cloister. The house benefits from a jacuzzi. A pool is being constructed, please, enquire.

This special house sits in a small village fo Tuscany ad enjoys easy access to a couple of cafes, shops and a chemist´ s. The area is known for its unparalleled scenery, fine wines, magnificent art works and architecture and laid-back country life. The house sits within an easy drive from several thermal baths - Bagno Bossolo, San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni. Above all, several renowned wineries of Montalcino and Montepulciano are less than 1 hour drive away.
The centre of attraction for all the Tuscany-lovers, Siena, lies around  1h 25 minutes´ drive away,, while Florence can be reached in 2 h 14 minutes by car. The airport of Perugia is slightly closer, about 1 h 38 minutes´ drive.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
