The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all the rooms enjoy AC.
Lower floor
This level houses a sitting area and a cellar. Also, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The room opens outdoors.
Middle floor
This floor is home to the main house entrance and the common areas. They include a kitchen, a dining area, an office area with books, a living room with a fireplace, another sitting room, a guest WC and a laundry room.
The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a breakfast table for 8 and a corner sofa with small tea tables. Above that, the kitchen features a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware.
First floor
This level has 3 remaining bedrooms. All fo them are fitted with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms come with bathtubs, the third one enjoys a shower.
Outdoors
The property benefits from a heated infinity edged-glass swimming pool ideal for spring and summer. Further on, the house enjoys an al-fresco dining area and a pergola-covered chill-out. The villa enjoys an outdoor circular stone fire pit and a wood-burning oven.

Sitting among the Tuscany hills, this villa rental offers its guests total serenity and privacy yet an easy access to several small charming villages of the area. The closest one is Mensano boasting cobble streets, a church and a restaurant. It lies around 10 minutes away. Further on, there is a slightly bigger village of Casole d´Elsa housing some more restaurants and a shop. For a wider offer, there is Poggibonsi sitting around 23 minutes´ drive away.
The areas of Montalcino and Montepulciano, birthplace of the famous wines, are around 1 h 15 minutes drive away.
Moreover, one of the most important region towns, Siena, is around half-an-hour drive away, while Florence can be reached in about 1 h. The cradle of Renaissance and the open-air museum, Florence is definitely worth seeing, seeing and re-seeing. It houses so many museums, architecture gems and other art pieces that a week will not be enough.

Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
