This refurbished farmhouse offers breath taking view of the countryside. The estate is surrounded by olive trees and peaceful nature. This 560 m2 property is divided in two separated houses that will accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 en suite bedrooms and numerous common areas.
The Main House
On the ground floor, there is a a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dinning rooms, a sitting room with fire place, a living room with direct access to an outside patio with wooden oven and a laundry. It can sleep two people in the en suite bedrooms with two queen beds.
On the first floor, you will find 2 en suite bedrooms with king beds and bath tub, both with sitting area.
The annex
Crossing the inside courtyard you will access the 4th en suite bedroom with king bed. An heated jacuzzi and the pool is located under the old barn roof. On the upper level, there is a lounge area.

Limpieza diaria: Light daily cleaning is included (making the beds, kitchen with one
start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Tasas: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
