It comprises of two buildings and an annex making it a great option for those who want to spend a vacation together yet not in each others´ pockets.

This well-appointed farmhouse sits only 25 km away from Siena and only 9 minutes' drive away from two small villages offering some basic amenities. The town of Siena is only a bit more than half an hour drive away. It is a medieval spot featuring untouched Romanesque and Gothic structures, finishings in two-coloured marble.
Also, Siena is known for its traditional peasant cuisine including pici (rustic spaghetti), ribollita alla senese (bread stew with vegetables), cinghiale in umido (wild boar strew) and panforte (cake with almonds and citrus peels).
Florence, the birthplace of Renaissance, offering a wide range of architectural and cultural gems, is around 1 h 20 minutes away.
The famous San Galgano Abbey is only 10 minutes away. For golf-lovers, there is Golf La Bagnaia, around 20 minutes away from the house.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay the reservation deposit of 50% upon confirmation. The balance along with the damage deposit are due 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of a no show or early departure, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
