Luxury Villas Tuscany : A cozy rental property located in Agello, surrounded by beautiful hills, will be your perfect holiday letting. This wonderful house sleeps 12 people. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a living room with fireplace and entrance to a terrace with pergola, a totally-equipped kitchen and laundry. On the first floor, which can be accessed by internal staircase, there is a living room with satellite TV, stereo with CD and DVD player, a room with a with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bedroom with bath placed on the loft. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bath, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, two double or twin bedrooms with bathroom with shower. The all property has the air conditioning. Forget about all your problems and just relax under the sun near the fresh swimming pool (14m x 7m). Enjoy the silence and take a walk in the beautiful garden. Have a great time with friends preparing barbecue.

Half of Trasimeno is surrounded by hills, rich in olives that are an important agricultural resource. On the western shore, near Tuscany, there are vineyards, and fruit and vegetables are grown. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
