Situated within a short drive from the city and many golf courses, this Marrakech vacation villa is a great place to spend your holiday. Benefiting from a big manicured garden with olive trees, the Marrakech Villa Palace offers complete tranquility and serenity to its guests along with five-star hotel services. It sleeps up to 12 adults and four children. There are six bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds. All come with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor houses two master bedrooms that enjoy king-size beds. Their bathrooms are fitted with separate bathtubs and showers. The same very floor has the kids´ room. Its bathroom has a shower. The ground floor sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms overlooking the courtyard and benefiting form private entrances. Two of them come with double beds, the other two can be laid out with two single beds or a double bed each. The common areas include a spacious atrium with a retractable roof, a sitting area and a large wood fireplace. The room has access to a TV room, a sitting-dining room and the kitchen. Among the entertainment facilities of the holiday villa in Marrakech you will find books for adults and kids, a CD/DVD player, games for kids and board games, a radio, a TV with international channels, a stereo system and video games. The latter features a four-ring stove, a blender, a coffee grinder and a maker, a fridge freezer, a hob, a toaster, a microwave, a lobster pot, an oven, kitchenware and tableware. Outside, there is a big heated swimming pool with a lounge area and a shower and various terraces. The luxury villa in Marrakech features a PC, Internet and is fully air-conditioned.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% in advance. One (1) month before arrival you must pay the balance together with the Security Deposit against damages. When reserving the property less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the total payment shall be paid at the moment of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, 50% of the rent is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the rent is non-refundable.
