The master bedroom boasts a dressing area and an indoor and an outdoor lounge areas. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other bathrooms have walk-in showers. The second bedroom benefits from an outdoor lounge area, while the third bedroom offers its guests an indoor lounge area and a balcony with pool and sea views. The rental property comprises of the living room with a dining area with a table for six and a state-of-the-art totally equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The villa boasts a TV room featuring a big TV with a DVD and entertainment surround sound system. By the mirror pool, there is a lounge gazebo, a pool bar, and an al-fresco dining area.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
