Koh Samui Holiday Lets : Surrounded by a lush Thai garden with tropical plants, this rental house is a perfect place for those seeking some rest as it stands alone. Located within a 5 minutes´ drive from the beach of Choeng Mon and 15 minutes´drive from Bophut Fisherman´s village, the guests of the luxury villa will have access to all the entertainment facilities they might wish. The property sleeps up to 10 adults and consists of two pavilions and a gazebo. There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The first pavilion has two bedrooms, a totally-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room with a dining area. One of its bedrooms enjoys an adjacent office are that can be converted into the nanny´s or child´s bedroom upon request. The room opens onto a private terrace and the garden. The other bedroom benefits from the beautiful views over the lily pond and the garden. Next to the pavilion, there is an outdor shower, a swimming pool area, a BBQ and a gazebo. The other pavilion houses an open-plan living-dining room, another totally-equipped kitchen, the laundry room, two ensuite double bedrooms and an ensuite single bedroom. Both pavilions enjoy TV with satellite channels, DVD players and surround systems. All the bedrooms are fitted with safe boxes and benefits from AC. The luxury villa has a private parking.

Chaweng is likely to be most popular town in Koh Samui. It is located on the east-coast of the island. The beach is around 4km long and it is beloved by sunbathing and party lovers. Everybody should visit the place as such a vibrant and pulsating nightlife you won't find anywhere else on the island. Undoubtedly, Chaweng beach is Koh Samui’s most renowned place. There is also a lot to see and to do around this area, so feel free to chose some of the endless activities and sightseeing tours available here. Chaweng boasts a number of well-appointed pubs, bars that hold regular parties, such as the Ark bar. Green Mango is the most famous club in the area and is full of guests every night. If you would like to try tasty meals, there are top class restaurants. It is perfect for those who love to have fun, as when the sun sets, the pristine white beach turns into an excellent party venue. During the daytime you can enjoy all types of water activities including parasailing, swimming, snorkelling and jet skiing. Surfers will also find several board rental shops. Apart from the water sports, you will be able to take a big variety of spectacular trips to the nearby islands and Angthong National Marine Park. Chaweng is the place for an active vacation full of fun and unforgettable moments.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
