Apart from it, the room features a big TV, a foosball table, wine cellar, a bar, a DVD library, board games and a books library. The second pavilion houses the living room with a billiard. The third pavilion has an office area, the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private terrace. The room accesses the pool area. The bathroom enjoys a shower. This luxury rental villa in Koh Samui boasts a private spa with a massage room and a glass-roof Thai sala. The fourth pavilion houses the sleeping area with four testefully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms, lounge areas featuring coffee makers, toasters, refridgerators and microwaves. The villa comes with TVs with satellite channels, BOSe iPod docking stations, safe boxes, local mobile phone and wifi. Located in a private resort, the guest of the villa wil have access to a shared 27m pool on the beach.

The excellent views and location at the end of long rambling pathways makes this place a perfect getaway from the city rush. Mae Nam Beach is one of the most pristine beaches on Koh Samui. It is known for its soft white sand and clean water providing good swimming throughout the year. Those who are looking for a serene beach lined by coconut trees will certainly love the delightful stretch of sand here. As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
