Luxury Lets Koh Samui : This modern seaside holiday house enjoys wonderful views on the turquoise waters being located on a hilltop. Benefiting from a big private salt-water pool with a hidden bench surrounding the property and a rooftop pond, the villa caters up to eight people. It comprises of four bedrooms, five spacious bathrooms, audio-visual room, a totally-equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a storage room. Outside, there are various furnished lounge areas, a BBQ area and a pool deck. All the bedrooms feature king-size beds, an additionl bed for a child and a baby cot can be placed upon request. There are hairdryers and safe-boxes placed in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms enjoy big bathtubs. The living room is fitted with a DVD and LCD TV and a stereo system. Perfect for a quiet family vacation or a romantic trip away from it all, even the most exacting guests will have a perfect stay in this luxury villa.

Baan Plai Laem is an excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that is becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach, this is a perfect destination for you. The white and sofat sandy beach stretches for 2 km. Thanks to its coral reefs, the water is warm and calm, so it’s great for swimming and snorkeling. You’ll catch a sight of some occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The beach enjoys some local shops selling basic necessities within a walking distance. A bit longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood in the area. As the sea is pretty shallow in this part of Koh Samui, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
