Beachside, sitting in the heart of the famous Golden Mile, this villa has it all handy. The first shops and restaurant are just 5 minutes walk away. The beach can be reached in around 6 minutes on foot, while the famous Marbella hot spots of Puente Romano and Marbella Club lie just some minutes´ drive away.
The villa features a private pool that can be heated upon request, an alarm system, smart TVs, a gym, a BBQ, WIFI, a spa and other modern facilities. There are 3 floors and a rooftop terrace.
Basement floor
This floor features floor-to-ceiling windows, English patios and an aquarium window opening on the pool. The same floor houses 2 bedrooms, a lounge area, a private gym and a spa area. The latter one is accessible only from November to March (there is a surcharge). The lounge area benefits from huge windows overlooking the pool, a fireplace and a TV area. The spa features a sauna, a steam room, Jacuzzi, starlight sky and a bathroom. This area is accessible in winter, please, enquire. Finally, the same floor houses a bodega, a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a lift connecting all the floors.

Ground floor
This level has a guest bathroom, a lounge area with an open-plan Bulthaup kitchen and a dining table for 8. There is a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a sink, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The floor opens on the outdoor terrace with the pool.
First floor
The upper floor houses 2 further bedrooms.
Bedroom 3: bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, private terrace.
Bedroom 4: master, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, private terrace.
Outdoors
The luxury villa rental Marbella enjoys a private heated swimming pool of around 21 m2 with Jacuzzi and counter currents (heating is available upon request). There is an outdoor chill-out area, a dining table and a sunbathing area. Further on, the house enjoys a BBQ, an outdoor shower and a parking space for 2 vehicles.
On the top floor, there is a rooftop terrace. This area enjoys a lounge area, a Balinese bed, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, a high dining table for 10 and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a fridge.

Situated next to the beach on the famous Golden Mile, the house sits within walking distance to the beach, several shops, cafes and restaurants. In addition, it s just a short drive away from the most sought-after spots of the area, Puente Romano and Marbella Club housing several top-notch restaurants and clubs of Marbella and Costa del Sol.
Marbella centre is only 7 minutes´ drive away, it enjoys a lot of small shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Moreover, the villa is just within a short drive from several golf courses including Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta.
There is a big supermarket in Puerto Banus called El Corte Ingles. It enjoys a wide variety of international and local canned and fresh foods. Above that, the same building has a shopping mall with high-end and democratic clothes corners.

Otros: The guests will have to sign a lodging agreement and provide ALL the passports no later than 1 week before arrival to be registered in the competent authorities. Shall they miss this point, they will be charged 25 EUR per person for the papers collecting at arrival.
Spa is NOT included (700 EUR per week), it is open from November to March.

Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks before arrival, 15% is non refundable.
In case of cancellation between 12 weeks and 1 month before arrival, 50% will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
