Part or a five-star luxury resort, this Marbella villa rental with pool enjoys services onsite, access to a gym, a spa, bars and restaurants. Within a short walk from the beach and Marbella Old Town, short drive from several Costa del Sol golf clubs, the vacation rental will be a great opportunity for a small family and group of friends. The place sleeps eight adults and two children. There are four bedrooms. Three of them are fitted with king-size beds, the fourth one enjoys twin beds. Two beds for children can be added upon request. The ground floor enjoys two bedrooms and a living-dining room. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one enjoys a shower while the other one has a bathtub and a shower. One of the bedrooms benefits form a terrace. The upper floor houses two further bedrooms with private bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Both bedrooms have private balconies, one of them is furnished with dun loungers. Outside, the villa enjoys a private swimming pool and a chill-out area. Part of a luxury resort, the vacation villa Marbella benefits from a reception, a kids´club, an access to a shared swimming pool, a gym, a spa with a seawater pool and a steam room. The nearest supermarket can be found in Marbella centre, the resort itself house some of the most upscale and top-notch restaurants of the city. Puerto Banus is just 2 minutes´drive away while Malaga and its airport are within about 45 minutes by car. A trip to Ronda will take you almost one hour despite the fact the town is pretty close due to the winding road. Costa del Sol and Marbella are known for their clean sandy and pebble beaches and outstanding golf courses so the villa will be a great choice both for golfers, families with children and groups of friends.

Limpieza diaria: General daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms is included.
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
