There are several golf courses within a very short drive around including las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos.

The house boasts lovely common areas including a spacious living room with the main seating and a small TV area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. The dining table seats up to 12 people. The room opens on the outdoor covered dining area and an al-fresco chill-out. The kitchen features a central island with stools for breakfast or an aperitif. There is a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. The house enjoys a wine fridge.
One of the best spots of the house is the spa area located on the basement floor. It enjoys an interior pool, a home gym, a relaxation area, a sauna and hammam. Further on, the same floor houses an entertainment room with a billiard table, a TV and a wine cellar.
Outdoors
With beautiful views over the manicured golf course, the house benefits form a private outdoor swimming pool, a chill-out area with sofas and an al-fresco dining area located on the terrace adjacent to the house. Further on, there is shaded BBQ area with a seating for 10, a poolside lounge area (not shaded) and a pool house. The pool is around 63 m2, it comes with a sunbathing area with loungers.

This holiday villa sits in Golf Valley, next to Las Brisas, Loa Naranjos and Aloha Golf clubs, in one of the most desired area of Marbella surroundings named Nueva Andalucia. Costa del Sol has always attracted golfers from all over the world thanks to its wide offer of different level courses and clubs. The area, also sometimes called Costa del Golf (golf coast), houses some internationally-known clubs like Finca Cortesin, Real Club Valderrama, la Zagaleta, Villa Padierna, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and many others. However the area cannot be reduced to just golf clubs, as there a lots of entertainment options in Marbella. You can do horse-riding just within a short drive from the coast, you can rent squads, you can go hiking and do water sports.
The house sits in a well-connected area. The first supermarket is just 2 minutes´ drive away, a bigger supermarket with international canned and fresh foods can be reached in around 6 minutes by car. There is a big shopping mall within a very short drive in Puerto Banus. It offers a wide range of corners of democratic and luxury brands. Further on, the marina of Puerto Banus is just 6 minutes´ drive away.
Costa del Sol airport is only 43 minutes´ drive away that makes attractive for families with children that are not always easy tot ravel with. Malaga and its cultural offer is less than 1 h drive away. it offers several historical landmarks and museums.

In case of cancellation one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total amount will be retained as a penalty fee.
