This quiet villa rental in Naxos benefits from a small private beach located within 100 m. Situated in Kalados, within a 2 minutes´ drive form its beach, the villa enjoys stunning sea views and will be a great option for a family holiday. Covering 220 m2 distributed over two floors, it sleeps 10 people. There are five bedrooms. One of them is fitted with a king-size bed, two further rooms come with queen-size beds, the fourth one is outfitted with a double bed while the last one has three single beds. The ground floor houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom stocked with toiletries. it has a communicating bedroom with a queen-size bed that benefits from an isolating soundproofing door. It has an en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom of this floor has three single beds and would be great for kids or teenagers. It enjoys an en-suite bathroom. All the rooms have AC. Further on, the floor has a family playroom with home cinema and a small bar and a laundry room. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.The first floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the Cycladic islands and the common areas. They include a living room with gorgeous views over the island and the sea, an indoor dining area with a table for four - six people and an al-fresco dining area seating 12. The entertainment facilities feature a DVD and a CD player, WIFI, a Home Cinema, satellite channels and digital cable TV channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The fifth bedroom is smaller than the other four and is fitted with a double bed is situated behind the kitchen. It has a private shower and an adjoining bathroom. The home is equipped with AC and heating. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, a pool bar, a sun deck with loungers and an open-air bathroom.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upfront.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 45 days but more than one (1) month before the arrival date, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
