Ideal for a family, the villa sleeps up to 11 adults, three children or teens and a baby. There are three bedrooms with king-size beds, one twin room that can be laid out as a king, a triple room that can be laid out as a king and a single, a children´s room with a bunk bed, all the bedrooms feature iPod docks. An extra bed for a child and a baby cot are available. The bathrooms are fitted with rainshowers and oversized bathtubs. The totally-equipped kitchen and a dining room open on the living room with a seating area furnished with sofas and beanbag chairs, big plasma screen, surround sound system, a DVD and a selection of board games. The luxury villa boasts table tennis, badminton, boules, yoga mats, pilates balls, a BBQ area and one of the biggest infinity pools of Koh Samui.

Baan Plai Laem is an excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that is becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach, this is a perfect destination for you. The white and sofat sandy beach stretches for 2 km. Thanks to its coral reefs, the water is warm and calm, so it’s great for swimming and snorkeling. You’ll catch a sight of some occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The beach enjoys some local shops selling basic necessities within a walking distance. A bit longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood in the area. As the sea is pretty shallow in this part of Koh Samui, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
